Morpheus Lights is a full service lighting production company, equipment rental source, and manufacturer of innovative products for the professional market. We provide complete, integrated lighting systems using our inventory of state-of-the-art equipment from industry-leading manufacturers, while also offering our own unique products.

As a manufacturer, the Morpheus Lights brand has been synonymous with innovation for over 25 years. From the original PanaSpot® fixture at the dawn the moving lights era, to the ColorFader™ CYM color changer, to the revolutionary PCSpot™, and ultimately to the PanaBeam™XR2+. We continue to develop and improve specialized Morpheus Products to meet the demanding needs of the high performance lighting market.

Morpheus’ experience as a production services company gives us a distinct advantage in engineering and manufacturing high quality technical equipment that’s built to withstand the rigors of the road. Our fulltime research and development department designs new products, refines and evolves existing products and creates custom solutions for our touring / production department.

    Some Examples:

  • Our FlipBox™ truss and packaging system was the first practical pre-rig answer for moving lights.
  • The recent development of the FlipBlock™ structural corner block added tremendous flexibility to our value-added FlipBox™ system.
  • The RJE™ Electronic Ballast was developed to replace the standard magnetic ballast for the Robert Juliat Manon and Topaze followspots. This compact, lightweight, flicker-free electronic power-supply is integrated into the lamp head, creating a reliable, one-piece truss spot that out-performs other units on the market.
  • Our modular, SP-120/208V power distribution system was developed to provide efficient, configurable, power distribution for a wide variety of production applications.

Morpheus products are fabricated, assembled, sold, and serviced at our Redding, California facility.   Our Las Vegas, Nevada facility is a sales office and production facility for touring, convention systems, corporate theater, special events, and dry-hire rentals. Our New York based Sales Representative handles inquiries from East Coast and European Customers.

Over the years, Morpheus has evolved from specialized supplier of proprietary equipment, into a modern full service lighting production company and equipment rental source.  In the process, we’ve retained all the advantages and capabilities of Morpheus’ proprietary systems and combined them with a full range of state-of-the-art technical equipment from leading manufacturers, such as: Color Kinetics, MA Lighting, Martin Professional, Vari*Lite, and Zap Technologies.
